• The price of the first week includes final cleaning.
• The gross price includes 7% VAT.
• Persons refer to adults, teenagers, children and babies, each person staying in the house during their stay.
• The maximum occupancy is 5 persons.
• Minimum stay 1 week, less by arrangement. At Easter and Christmas minimum stay 2 weeks.
• Arrival and departure is Saturday
• Payments can be made to a German bank account. Payments by credit card or Paypal are not possible.
• The deposit is 250€.
• No seasonal surcharges at Easter and Christmas

Persons who stay in the spa area of the market Prien for spa and recreation purposes without having their main residence there in the sense of the registration law and who are offered the opportunity to use the spa facilities and to participate in the events are obliged to pay a spa fee. This obligation does not depend on whether and to what extent facilities serving spa purposes are actually used. The amount of the spa fee is calculated per stay.

Daily fee 01.10. to 31.03.

• for persons from 17 years: 1 Euro
• for children and teenagers from 7 years up to and including 16 years: 0,70 Euro
• Children up to and including 6 years of age as well as severely handicapped persons with 80% damage (incl. accompanying person) are free of charge.

Daily fee 01.04. to 30.09.

• for persons from 17 years: 1,50 Euro
• for children and teenagers from 7 years up to and including 16 years: 1,00 Euro
• Children up to and including 6 years of age and severely handicapped persons with 80% damage (incl. accompanying person) are free of charge.
